On-Site Call-Out

Laptop, PC & Mac repair — we come to you

A technician at your home or office, usually the same day. We diagnose the fault in front of you instead of taking your machine away — and there's never a charge just for coming out.

No charge for the visit

You pay £120/hour labour plus any parts — never a call-out fee on top. We quote parts upfront.

No fix, no fee

If we can't fix your problem, you don't pay for the labour — our promise that you're never out of pocket for a repair that didn't work.

Same-day where we can

Call in the morning and we'll usually reach you the same day. We hold slots back for people who can't work without their machine.

How It Works

Three steps to a working machine

  1. 1

    Tell us what's wrong

Call or message us with the machine and the symptoms. We'll tell you straight away whether it's an on-site job or one better brought into the workshop.

  2. 2

    We come to you

We arrive with the tools and the common parts already in the van, and diagnose the fault in front of you rather than taking your machine away.

  3. 3

Fixed on the spot, or taken in

Most faults are sorted in the visit. If it needs the workshop — a board-level repair, say — we take it with us and bring it back when it's done.

Who We Visit

Whoever's waiting on the machine

Most of our call-outs fall into one of these four. Whichever you are, the promise is the same: no charge for the visit, and no fee if we can't fix it.

Working from home

If your machine is down, your working day is down with it. We prioritise same-day visits for people who can't work until it's fixed.

  • Laptop won't boot before a morning meeting
  • Broken screen on your only work machine
  • Wi-Fi, VPN or video-call problems
  • Urgent file recovery before a deadline

Home users

No jargon, no pressure, and we'll explain what went wrong in plain English before we touch anything.

  • Computer running painfully slowly
  • Virus, pop-ups or a hijacked browser
  • Won't turn on or keeps crashing
  • New machine setup and moving your files across

Small business & office IT

One visit can cover several machines. We work around your opening hours and can set up ongoing support if you'd rather not call each time.

  • Several PCs to service in one visit
  • Network, router and printer problems
  • Shared drives and backup setup
  • New starter machine setup

Mac & MacBook

Mac-specific work at your desk, including the board-level repairs most shops send away or write off entirely.

  • macOS won't start or is stuck updating
  • MacBook battery, keyboard or trackpad
  • Time Machine backup and data migration
  • Slow Mac diagnosis and clean-up

What We Can Do

Fixed at your desk, or taken in

Most jobs are done in the visit. A few genuinely need the bench — we'll tell you which before we set off, not after.

Done on-site

  • Slow, freezing or crashing computers
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Won't-boot and startup failures
  • Windows and macOS reinstalls
  • RAM and SSD upgrades
  • Wi-Fi, network and printer setup
  • Data transfer, backup and file recovery
  • New computer setup and migration

Taken to the workshop

  • Board-level and motherboard repair
  • Laptop screen replacement
  • Liquid damage cleaning
  • Anything needing a part we'd have to order in

We collect it during the visit and bring it back once it’s done — you don’t need to make the trip either way.

Where We Come Out To

Call-out areas

Within about a 20–30 minute drive of our 65 Sheen Ln workshop. Outside this list? Call us anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can get to you.

There's never a charge just for us coming out to you — on-site call-outs are £120/hour labour, plus the cost of any parts, and it's no fix, no fee: if we can't fix it, you don't pay for labour. We'll always quote the parts price upfront, before starting work.

Why Choose Us

Repairs you can trust

Honest Diagnostics

We assess the issue and give you a clear quote before any work starts — no surprises.

Component-Level Repair

When other shops replace whole parts, we repair at component level where possible — often cheaper, always more sustainable.

Your Data Stays With You

We repair without wiping your device wherever possible, unlike manufacturers who reset everything.
